Examples of Late Work in a sentence
Work identified as behind schedule shall be designated by the Contractor in the Construction Schedule as “Late Work.” Contractor shall submit to the Architect/Engineer and Owner a “Get-Well Plan” for all Late Work.
Contractor shall bring all Late Work current within 20 calendar days of such Notice, or, in the event of no Notice, within 20 days after Contractor knew, or reasonably should have known, of its failure to maintain the Construction Schedule.
Late Work Means ordinary work performed after 19:00 Monday to Friday which does not qualify as either an Afternoon or Night Shift as defined below.
Late: Work contracted by the Customer that the Contractor completes at a time later than the Accepted Work Order’s End Time.
Excepting the circumstances described at 8.4.1(c) sleepover periods are not deemed to be work performed in determining payment of Early or Late Work allowance.
This extra Early or Late Work allowance shall not apply to work performed on Saturday or, Sunday and Statutory Holidays where extra payments apply for such work.
If any assignment from an e-learning day is missing on the next in-person day, the late work policy for grades as explained in the “Homework Policy - Late Work and Student Absences” section above applies.
Course Policies: Grades – Late Work Policy: Late pre-lab assignments and late lab reports will be deducted 5% per day (including weekends) and will not be accepted more than one week late except under extreme circumstances.
The casual loading shall not be compounded by penalties (per clauses: 47.2, 47.3 – statutory holiday; 88 – weekend; 89 - Late Work Allowance and 99 – Overtime) contained within this Agreement.
Late Work: Each assignment will have -20pts deducted, and will have 3 days to turn in (due date is day 1).
