Late Bookings definition
Late Bookings means the Principal’s late availability holidays booked within ten (10) weeks of departure;
Late Bookings. Means bookings made 59 days or less before the Expedition departure date.
Late Bookings means a booking made on or after the date full payment for that booking

In the case of Late Bookings, the Principal may make alternative arrangements for tickets and/or vouchers to be received by clients in time for their departure.
On a weekly basis, the Operator will produce listings of Deposits, the Price due on Late Bookings confirmed since the date of the previous list, the Price due on Third Party Flights, Cancellation Charges and Final Balances outstanding for departures in seventy (70) days or less, in each case as at the Sunday of each week ("Statement").
