Large Goods Vehicle definition

Large Goods Vehicle means a motor vehicle (not being a medium-sized goods vehicle within the meaning of Part III of this Act) which is constructed or adapted
Large Goods Vehicle means a motor vehicle constructed or adapted for use for the carriage of goods or burden of any description with an operating weight that exceeds 7.5 tonnes
Large Goods Vehicle means a vehicle having a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) greater than 3,500kg (3.5 tonnes) GVW or a length in excess of 5.5m (18ft).

  • Alternative fuel vehicle means a vehicle designed to be capable of running on at least one type of fuel that is either gaseous at atmospheric temperature and pressure, or substantially non-mineral oil derived.

  • Off-highway vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.

  • Motorized Vehicle means a passenger car, station wagon, van, jeep-type automobile, truck, ambulance or any type of motorized vehicle used by municipal, provincial or federal police forces.
