Landscaping Easement. (L.S.E.) shall mean those parts, if any, of the Property so designated
Landscaping Easement means that area adjacent to the street right-of- way providing for required street trees and landscape material.
Landscaping Easement means a portion of a Lot denoted on the Plat as an area to be landscaped and maintained by the Corporation.

  • Sanitary landfill means an engineered land burial facility for the disposal of household waste that is so located, designed, constructed, and operated to contain and isolate the waste so that it does not pose a substantial present or potential hazard to human health or the environment.
