Landscaping Easement definition

Landscaping Easement. (L.S.E.) shall mean those parts, if any, of the Property so designated
Landscaping Easement means that area adjacent to the street right-of-way providing for required street trees and landscape material.
Landscaping Easement. (L.S.E.) shall mean those parts of the Property so designated on any recorded Plat of the Property, or any part thereof.

The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).
