Landscape Easement Area definition

Landscape Easement Area meanst the approximate then (10) foot portion of land adjacent to the streets in the Covered Property and the entryways to Mountain Park Ranch which is subject to an easement for landscaping, sidewalks, perimeter walls and utility access as described in Article IV, Section 2 below. The landscaping, sidewalk, perimeter wall and utility access easement shall be granted or created on a recorded subdivision plat or Tract Declaration or by deed or other conveyance accepted by Declarant or the Association.
Landscape Easement Area means and refer to each and all of those certain portions, if any, of the Property legally described on Exhibit C hereto attached, or any such additions thereto (by way of grant from Declarant or other).
Landscape Easement Area means the approximate ten (10) foot portion of land adjacent to the public rights of way in the Covered Property and the entryways to sidewalks, perimeter walls and utility access as described in Article IV, Section 2 below.

Examples of Landscape Easement Area in a sentence

  • The Declarant and Association have the right to cut or remove any trees, bushes or shrubbery located within the Wall, Fence and/or Landscape Easement Area that may interfere with their rights under this Section.

  • No Improvements shall be built in the Wall, Fence and/or Landscape Easement Area by any Owner of any part of the Property, except for Declarant, and except as otherwise expressly permitted this Declaration.

  • Maintenance of the Pinnacle Landscape Easement Area shall include installing, planting, weeding, pruning, fertilizing, replacing shrubs and other landscaping as necessary, and repairing automatic sprinkler systems as necessary.

  • Grantee, its successors, assigns, agents, contractors, employees and licensees shall have at all times ingress and egress to the Slope and Landscape Easement Area for the purposes set forth above, including without limitation constructing, altering, maintaining, inspecting, repairing, reconstructing and operating said Slope and Landscaping Improvements.

  • Grantee shall keep the Exclusive Landscape Easement Area and the Exclusive Access Easement Area free and clear of any mechanics' liens or materialmen's liens.

  • Grantee agrees to provide mitigation for the slope and temporary construction easements in the form of ongoing landscaping maintenance of the Slope and Landscape Easement Area and construction of a trail, pursuant to the preliminary alignment identified in Exhibit “D”.

  • Grantee represents to Grantor that pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Purchase Agreement, LHR shall provide initial grading of the Exclusive Landscape Easement Area and shall install a curb and gutter along the outside edge of the Exclusive Landscape Easement Area.

  • In addition, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges and agrees that Grantor, or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s successor-in-interest, shall be allowed to place, maintain, repair, and replace certain signs within the Exclusive Landscape Easement Area as may be reasonably required to give notice of traffic or parking rules, or as may be otherwise requested or required by governmental authority, including, but not limited to, a sign providing truck direction/route.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Giant hereby grants, bargains, and conveys to Pinnacle, a perpetual, non-exclusive easement permitting Pinnacle, its employees, contractors, and agents, to plant, install, maintain, or replace landscaping on, over, across, and under the Pinnacle Landscape Easement Area ("Pinnacle Landscape Easement").

  • Pinnacle, at its sole cost and expense, shall maintain the Pinnacle Landscape Easement Area in accordance with Section 5.
