Landlord’s Surveyor definition

Landlord’s Surveyor means a suitably qualified person or firm appointed by the Landlord (including an employee of the Landlord or a Group Company) to perform the function of a surveyor for the purposes of this lease;
Landlord’s Surveyor means the surveyor for the time being of the Landlord

Examples of Landlord’s Surveyor in a sentence

  • Any disputes between the Tenant and any adjoining or neighbouring Tenants of the Landlord affecting the benefit of the easements for their respective properties or any issues relating to repair of boundaries shall be decided by the Landlord’s Surveyor whose decision shall be final and binding upon all parties to the dispute.

  • Rubbish chutes, if permitted by the Landlord’s Surveyor, and goods/passenger hoists should not be operated over unprotected footpaths or roadways under any circumstances.

  • Where existing openings are to be infilled in external and/or party walls they are to be bricked up solid with compatible materials for the full thickness of the wall, well bonded to the existing, with cills, arches and lintels removed if required by the Landlord’s Surveyor.

  • No fittings, fixtures and materials are to be removed from the building without the prior written agreement of the Landlord’s Surveyor.

  • Removal of plaster from party walls may be subject to further restrictions on hours of work as notified by the Landlord’s Surveyor.

Landlord’s Surveyor means any person appointed by or acting for the Landlord including an employee of the Landlord to perform the function of a surveyor for any purposes of this Lease
