Landlord’s Property definition

Landlord’s Property means the Land, the Building and all present or future appurtenances and/or improvements to the Land and/or the Building.
Landlord’s Property has the meaning set forth in Item 3B of the Summary of Basic Terms.

  • A non-exclusive easement across Landlord’s Property for ingress and egress from the right-of-way to the Structure so that Tenant has access to its Antenna Facilities.Tenant’s existing Antenna Facilities are defined as Tenant’s directional antennas, receivers, remoteradios, amplifiers, connecting cables, utility lines, and related equipment and are more specifically depicted on Exhibit B.

  • In connection with the installation in or removal from the Premises of apparatus, equipment and Electric Lines, to use such hoists, cranes and other lifting apparatus over the Landlord’s Property as may be reasonably necessary.

  • The right of support and protection for the Electric Lines[, the Supports] and the Building from the adjoining Landlord’s Property and (if any) buildings on it, and to project the eaves of the Building over them.

  • In the event that Landlord elects to recondition, paint or otherwise undertake maintenance of the Structure or Landlord’s Property or the Leased Premises requiring the temporary relocation or removal of the Antenna Facilities, Tenant shall remove its Antenna Facilities at Tenant’s cost, to allow such maintenance, repair, repainting, restoration or other activity as required by Landlord.


More Definitions of Landlord’s Property

Landlord’s Property means all fixtures, equipment, improvements, appurtenances, and carpeting, attached to or built into the Premises at the Lease Commencement Date or during the Lease Term, whether or not by or at the expense of Tenant, and any personal property in the Premises on the Lease Commencement Date, unless the personal property was paid for by Tenant. All Alterations, whether temporary or permanent in character, including HVAC equipment, wall coverings, carpeting and other floor coverings, ceiling tiles, blinds and other window treatments, lighting fixtures and bulbs, built in or attached shelving, built in furniture, millwork, counter tops, cabinetry, all doors (both exterior and interior), bathroom fixtures, sinks, kitchen area improvements, and wall mirrors, made by Landlord or Tenant in or on the Premises shall be deemed Landlord’s Property. All of Landlord’s Property shall be and remain a part of the Premises at the expiration or sooner termination of the Lease Tern (without compensation to Tenant) and shall not be removed or replaced by Tenant without the prior written consent of Landlord.
Landlord’s Property means the land contained within the Landlord’s title number referred to in LR2.1
Landlord’s Property means anything in the Premises at any time during the Term which is not the Tenant's Property.

(2) All monetary amounts are in Australian dollars, unless otherwise stated. (3) If a party consists of more than one person, this Agreement binds them jointly and each of them severally. (4) Headings are for convenience only and do not form part of this Agreement or affect its interpretation. (5) A party which is a trustee is bound both personally and in its capacity as a trustee. (6) "INCLUDING" and similar expressions are not words of limitation. (7) Where a word or expression is given a particular meaning, other parts of speech and grammatical forms of that word or expression have a corresponding meaning. (8) If an act must be done on a specified day which is not a Business Day, the act must be done instead on the next Business Day.
