Examples of Landlord’s Premises in a sentence
Tenant has no interest in Landlord’s Premises except pursuant to the Lease.
A “Successor Landlord” means any party that becomes owner of Landlord’s Premises as the result of a Foreclosure Event.
A “Construction-Related Obligation” means any obligation of Landlord under the Lease to make, pay for, or reimburse Tenant for any alterations, demolition, or other improvements or work at Landlord’s Premises, including Tenant’s Premises.
