Landlord’s Personal Property definition

Landlord’s Personal Property. As defined in Section 1.1(e)
Landlord’s Personal Property means all Personal Property owned by Landlord on the Effective Date, including, without limitation, all personal property listed on the attached Exhibit D, together with any and all replacements thereof, and all Personal Property that pursuant to the terms of this Lease becomes the property of Landlord during the Term.
Landlord’s Personal Property means all Fixtures located at the Facility or, in the case of a Development Project, will be owned by Landlord and located at the Facility upon commencement of operations of the Facility, including, without limitation, all Fixtures listed on any bills of sale delivered to Landlord in connection with the Facility, together with any and all replacements thereof, and all Fixtures that pursuant to the terms of this Lease becomes the property of Landlord during the Term, but expressly excluding Tenant’s Property.

Examples of Landlord’s Personal Property in a sentence

  • Tenant shall execute, upon written request from Landlord, any and all documents necessary to evidence Landlord’s ownership of Landlord’s Personal Property and replacements therefor.

  • Tenant shall install, place, and use on the Leased Property such fixtures, furniture, equipment, inventory and other personal property in addition to Landlord’s Personal Property as may be required or as Tenant may, from time to time, deem necessary or useful to operate the Leased Property for its permitted purposes.

  • Tenant shall not remove Fixtures and Landlord’s Personal Property from the Leased Property except to replace the Fixtures and Landlord’s Personal Property by other similar items of equal quality and value.

  • Any such replacements, modifications, alterations or substitutions (whether or not upgrades thereof) shall become Landlord’s Personal Property.

  • Tenant shall provide and maintain during the entire Term all such Tenant’s Personal Property and Landlord’s Personal Property as shall be necessary to maintain the Authorizations in effect and to operate each Facility in compliance with all licensure and certification requirements, in compliance with all applicable Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements and otherwise in accordance with customary practice in the industry for the Primary Intended Use of each Leased Property.

  • Tenant shall not remove Fixtures and Landlord’s Personal Property from the Leased Property except to replace the Fixtures and Landlord’s Personal Property with other similar items of equal quality and value.

  • Tenant shall have the right to install, place, and use on the Leased Property such fixtures, furniture, equipment, inventory and other personal property in addition to Landlord’s Personal Property as may be required or as Tenant may, from time to time, deem necessary or useful to operate the Leased Property for its permitted purposes.

  • Special Form Insurance (which insurance shall not exclude flood or earthquake) in the amount of the full replacement cost of the Building, including, without limitation, any improvements, if any, made pursuant to Section 2.02 above, including Landlord’s Personal Property until such time as it becomes Tenant’s property, but excluding Tenant's Property and any other items required to be insured by Tenant pursuant to Section 8.04 above.

More Definitions of Landlord’s Personal Property

Landlord’s Personal Property means any trade fixtures, inventory, equipment, vehicles, or other personal property of any type or kind located at or about the Property which is owned or leased by, or is otherwise under the care, custody or control of, Landlord or its agents, employees, contractors, or invitees.

Related to Landlord’s Personal Property

  • Tenant’s Personal Property means all motor vehicles, Inventories, FAS and any other tangible personal property of Tenant, if any, acquired by Tenant at its election and with its own funds on and after the date hereof and located at the Leased Property or used in Tenant's business at the Leased Property and all modifications, replacements, alterations and additions to such personal property installed at the expense of Tenant, other than any items included within the definition of Proprietary Information.

  • Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Industrial Center and interior utility raceways within the Premises that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other lessees of the Industrial Center and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Assisted cleaning or washing of tangible personal property means cleaning or washing of tangible personal property if the cleaning or washing labor is primarily performed by an individual:

  • Demised Premises or “Premises” (and whether or not capitalized) is used herein, it shall be understood to mean the “premises leased hereby”; and whenever the term “Entire Premises” is used herein (and whether or not capitalized), it shall be understood to mean all of the contiguous land and buildings owned by Landlord at this location, which include the premises leased hereby. The term “Non-leased Premises” shall mean the Entire Premises less the Leased Premises.

  • Landlord Personal Property Collateral Access Agreement means a Landlord Waiver and Consent Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit K with such amendments or modifications as may be approved by Collateral Agent.

  • Intangible Personal Property means incorporeal personal property including, but not limited to, deposits in banks, negotiable instruments, mortgages, debts, receivables, shares of stock, bonds, notes, credits, evidences of an interest in property, evidences of debt, and choses in action generally.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Personal Property Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Residential rental property means property that is used solely as leased or rented property for residential purposes. If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.

  • Eligible personal property means property that meets all of the following conditions:

  • the Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Leased space means a self−service storage unit or a space located within a self−service storage facility that a lessee is enti- tled to use for the storage of personal property on a self−service basis pursuant to a rental agreement and that is not rented or pro- vided to the lessee in conjunction with property for residential use by the lessee.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by Company or any Company Subsidiary, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other third party upon the expiration or termination of the lease for such Leased Real Property.

  • Adjacent Property means all land adjoining and surrounding the Stadium Site on which will be located any public streets, sidewalks, plazas, or bridges and any public or private parking facilities or other accoutrements to be developed by Authority or other parties in connection with the Project.
