Landlord’s Fees definition

Landlord’s Fees. The fee charged by the Landlord for the supply of the right to use the Unit in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Examples of Landlord’s Fees in a sentence

  • Prior to paying the Landlord’s Fees, the following costs will be deducted from the Landlord’s Fees, , (the "Costs"): all utilities charges (water, electricity, etc.

  • In consideration of the Landlord supplying to StayCae the right to use the Unit, StayCae shall pay the Landlord the Landlord’s Fees which shall be calculated at 80% of the total collected Distributable Revenue per month.

  • Such Landlord’s Fees will be subtracted from the first month Listing Fees provided by the Tenant (e.g., when the Tenant provide MedSpace with the first month Listing Fees, for example in the mount of $5,000 for the first month, then MedSpace will transfer only $2,500 to the Landlord, after subtracting the Landlord’s Fees from this first month Listing Fees.

  • Landlord’s Fees are a one-time fee in the amount of 50% from the monthly Listing Fees (e.g., if the monthly Listing Fees are $5,000 per month, then Landlord’s Fees to MedSpace will be $2,500).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, subject to the mutual waivers herein, any damage or injury to the Building or its systems and any damage or injury to Tenant’s Improvements which affects the Building’s structural components or major mechanical, electrical or plumbing systems, caused by Tenant or its agents, contractors or employees shall be repaired or replaced by Landlord, but at Tenant’s expense plus Landlord’s Fees.

  • StayCae’s Fee shall be deducted from the Distributable Revenue prior to deducting the Landlord’s Fees.

  • Additionally, if Tenant fails to pay any Basic Rent or any Additional Rent when due and payable, then such unpaid amounts shall bear interest from the due date thereof to the date of payment at the Reimbursement Rate together with Landlord’s Fees and Costs incurred in collecting any delinquent Rent due hereunder.

  • All payments per half plot are to be made annually or such other rent as reviewed by the Landlord, in accordance with the Landlord’s Fees and Charges.
