Landlord Indemnified Parties definition

Landlord Indemnified Parties means Landlord’s Affiliates and Landlord’s and its Affiliates’ agents, employees, owners, partners, members, managers, contractors, representatives, consultants, attorneys, auditors, officers and directors.

• In case any action or proceeding is brought against Landlord or any Landlord Indemnified Parties by reason of any such Indemnified Claims, Tenant, upon notice from Landlord, agrees to promptly defend the same at Tenant's sole cost and expense by counsel approved in writing by Landlord, which approval Landlord will not unreasonably withhold.
