Landing Weight definition

Landing Weight means the maximum allowable gross landing weight, expressed in pounds, as certified by the FAA for each type of Aircraft. In any case where the FAA does not have a certified maximum allowable gross landing weight for the type of Aircraft involved, “Landing Weight” shall mean the maximum allowable gross landing weight for the Aircraft as specified by the manufacturer.
