LandCARE definition
LandCARE has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
LandCARE has the meaning specified in the first recital to this Agreement.
LandCARE means any activity contributing to the improvement of the natural environment. The natural environment includes urban and rural bush, coasts, waterways, wetlands, natural parks, reserves, agricultural landscapes, and soils.

LandCARE includes LandCare and each Subsidiary of LandCare, including without limitation any corporation or other entity that became or becomes a Subsidiary of the Company prior to the Effective Time.
