Land Use Contract definition

Land Use Contract means a current Land Use Contract which is being amended or discharged as per Section 930 of the Local Government Act;
Land Use Contract or “LUC” means a land use contract as defined in section 1 of the Schedule to the Local Government Act;
Land Use Contract means a current Land Use Contract which is being amended as per the Local Government Act;
