Land Use Change definition

Land Use Change means a proposed or approved change to the Expected Land Uses after CFD Formation.
Land Use Change means a proposed or approved change to the Expected Land Uses within Improvement Area No. 2 after CFD Formation.
Land Use Change means a change to the Expected Land Uses within Improvement Area No. 1 after CFD Formation.

Land Use Change means a change to the Expected Land Uses after STD Formation.
