Land Use Change definition

Land Use Change means a proposed or approved change to the Expected Land Uses after CFD Formation.
Land Use Change means a change to the Expected Land Uses within Improvement Area No. 1 after CFD Formation.
Land Use Change means a proposed or approved change to the Expected Land Uses in Improvement Area No. 1 after CFD Formation.

  • Except in the case of an emergency where (Installation Name) personnel reasonably believe it is not practicable to wait for U.S. EPA or Illinois EPA concurrence, no Land Use Change should be implemented until U.S. EPA or Illinois EPA concurrence is obtained, consistent with the timeliness requirements set forth in subparagraph (c) below.

Land Use Change means a change to the Expected Land Uses after STD Formation.
Land Use Change means a proposed or approved change to the Expected Land Uses within Improvement Area No. 1 after the CFD Update.
Land Use Change means, for land dedicated for a specific agricultural use, either (1) a change in the state land use classification from agricultural to urban or rural district, (2) a change in the county zoning from agricultural, preservation or country district, or (3) a subdivision of the land dedicated for a specific agricultural use into parcels of five acres or less, which change or subdivision is initiated or authorized by the owner.
Land Use Change means the conversion of a current use of land to a different, alternate use. Land splits shall be considered land use changes. Examples of land use changes contained in this definition include, but are not limited to, the following:

Land Use Change means a proposed or approved change to the Expected Land Uses within a Village or a portion of a Village after CFD Formation.
Land Use Change means a proposed or approved change to the Expected Land Use(s) on a Parcel of Taxable Property.
