Land Based Stores definition

Land Based Stores means the Retailer's stores located in shopping districts, strip shopping centers and shopping malls.
Land Based Stores means all sites and all channels other than the ----------------- Web Site, whether a walk-in store or otherwise, from or through which Retailer conducts business.
