Clean energy means Energy that qualifies as energy generated by a clean or renewable resource under British Columbia’s Clean Energy Act, SBC 2010, c.22, as amended from time to time.
Gas company means any person distributing gas within the corporate limits or authorized and proposing to so engage.
Energy means electricity, natural gas, steam, hot or chilled water, fuel oil, or other product for use in a building, or renewable on-site electricity generation, for purposes of providing heating, cooling, lighting, water heating, or for powering or fueling other end-uses in the building and related facilities, as reflected in Utility bills or other documentation of actual Energy use.
Solar energy means the sun used as the sole source of energy for producing electricity.
Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved
Renewable energy means the grid quality electricity generated from renewable energy sources;
Natural gas company ’ means a person engaged in the transportation of natural gas in interstate commerce, or the sale in inter- state commerce of such gas for resale.
Transportation Company means any organization which provides its own or its leased vehicles for transportation or which provides freight forwarding or air express services.
Hydroelectric energy means water used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.
Gas Corporation means the body corporate established by section 4 of the Gas Corporation Act 1994;
LLC means Limited Liability Company.
boycott energy company means “without an ordinary business purpose, refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with a company because the company (a) engages in the exploration, production, utilization, transportation, sale, or manufacturing of fossil fuel-based energy and does not commit or pledge to meet environmental standards beyond applicable federal and state law, or (b) does business with a company described by paragraph (a).” (See Tex. Western means the Board of Trustees of Western Michigan University and the administrative agents of said Board.

Greywater means all liquid wastes from showers, baths, sinks, kitchens and domestic washing facilities, but does not include toilet wastes;

Net Energy The total quantity of electric energy (measured in kilowatt hours) produced by the Facility over a given time period and delivered to the Point of Interconnection, as measured by the revenue meter. "Net Energy" the equivalent of "Actual Output."
PEBB means the public employees benefits board.
Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.
CORA means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1 et. seq., C.R.S.

Graywater means untreated wastewater that has not been contaminated by any toilet discharge, has not been affected by infectious, contaminated, or unhealthy bodily wastes, and does not present a threat from contamination by unhealthful processing, manufacturing, or operating wastes. "Graywater" includes, but is not limited to, wastewater from bathtubs, showers, bathroom washbasins, clothes washing machines, and laundry tubs, but does not include wastewater from kitchen sinks or dishwashers. Health and Safety Code Section 17922.12.
