Lacoste Watches definition

Lacoste Watches means the watches and time-keeping devices belonging to class 14 of the Classification Internationale des Produits et des Services (as listed in Schedule IV) as well as any accessory thereto (straps, cases, etc.), packaging and wrapping bearing the Licensed Trademarks, manufactured and marketed by the Master Licensee itself and/or under its control and responsibility under the terms of this Master Agreement.
Lacoste Watches means the watches and time-keeping devices belonging to class 14 of the Classification Internationale des Produits et des Services (as listed in Schedule V) as well as any accessory thereto (straps, cases, etc.), packaging and wrapping bearing the LICENSED TRADEMARK manufactured and marketed by the MASTER LICENSEE itself and/or under its control and responsibility under the terms of this MASTER AGREEMENT, or marketed prior to this MASTER AGREEMENT under the terms of the PRIOR AGREEMENT.
Lacoste Watches means watches for men, women and children as listed in Schedule IV bearing any Licensed Trademark manufactured and marketed by the Master Licensee itself and/or under its control and responsibility and distributed by the Master Licensee.
