Laboratory Kit definition

Laboratory Kit means: each ColoAlert Test sold to a third party or any commercially performed single test/analysis in MAINZ’s laboratory. Any laboratory kits used in the context of clinical trials are excluded.
Laboratory Kit. The Laboratory Kit consists of the Isolation Kit and the Analysis Kit.

  • Technological equipment is grouped by function into: Student Kit, Teacher Kit, Itinerant Kit, Laboratory Kit and Robotics Kit, among others defined in the approved Definitive Engineering Study.

  • The Protection fee shall be calculated from Laboratory Kits sold, meaning EUR 3 multiplied with the number of analysis which can be performed from one Laboratory Kit sold.

  • The ColoAlert Test as further specified in Appendix A, including the Stool Collection Kit and the Laboratory Kit, developed by CA or its subcontractors.
