Label Content definition

Label Content means sound recordings and underlying musical compositions that Label owns, controls, or has the appropriate rights to distribute in a digital form. Any sound recordings and the underlying musical compositions that are provided by or on behalf of Label to Psychobaby must be owned or controlled by Label and/or have been cleared by Label. Any sound recording provided by Label to Psychobaby shall be deemed subject to this agreement.

  • UPS may direct You to cease use of any Custom Label Content at its discretion.

  • You represent and warrant that no Custom Label Content, or portion thereof: (a) infringes any third party’s intellectual property or publicly/privacy right; (b) violates any applicable laws or regulations; (c) is defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors or pornographic; (d) is false, inaccurate or misleading or (e) negatively impacts on the reputation of the UPS Parties.

  • You shall, at Your sole cost and expense, indemnify and hold harmless the UPS Indemnitees from and against any and all Damages incurred or suffered by the UPS Indemnitees arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Custom Label Content, including any claim related to infringement of any intellectual property rights, including without limitation copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, publicity, privacy, and other proprietary rights.

  • You further warrant that no other party has any rights to the Label Content and that any “moral rights” belonging to third parties have been waived.

  • You agree to indemnify us in full in respect of any third party claims that your Label Content infringes their intellectual property rights.

  • We reserve the right to reject any Label Content that we consider is in breach of this paragraph at our absolute discretion.

  • We are not responsible for maintaining your Label Content and we may delete or destroy it at any time.

  • You warrant that your Label Content does not mention any person who is under the legal drinking age in your or their country of residence, is original to you, does not infringe on another party's intellectual property rights and that any other person mentioned in your Label Content has given their permission.

  • Label shall obtain and pay for any necessary clearances and licenses in the Territory for all Label Content and Artwork.

  • Label Content Provide PRODUCT specific information for development of PRODUCT label copy.

Related to Label Content

  • Customer Content means any content that is uploaded onto the Services by Customer or otherwise used on or in connection with the Software.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).
