L1 price definition

L1 price means the lowest quoted selling price/tariff in Indian Rupees per commercial unit (kWh) of electricity.

L1 price means the lowest quoted selling price in Indian Rupees per unit (kWh) of electricity at the interconnection point. This will be compared with L1 rates at any 33/11kv ss under other 132 kv SS and with the bench mark price determined by the committee.

Examples of L1 price in a sentence

  • In case none of the local suppliers within the margin of purchase preference matches the L1 price, then the contract may be awarded to the L1 bidder.

  • In case such lowest eligible local supplier fails to match the L1 price or accepts less than the offered quantity, the next higher local supplier within the margin of purchase preference shall be invited to match the L1 price for remaining quantity and so on, and contract shall be awarded accordingly.

  • Thereafter, the lowest bidder among the local suppliers will be invited to match the L1 price for the remaining 50% quantity subject to the local supplier’s quoted price falling within the margin of purchase preference, and contract for that quantity shall be awarded to such local supplier subject to matching the L1 price.

  • In case tendered item is non-splitable or non- dividable (specified in Bid Data Sheet), MSE quoting price within price band L1 (other than MSE) + 15% , may be awarded for full/ complete supply of total tendered value subject to matching of L1 price.

  • The Local supplier whose quoted price falls in the margin of purchase preference desirous of claiming benefit of the Order No. P-45021/2/2017-B.E.-II dated 15/06/2017 shall submit an undertaking within 7 days of opening of financial bid, that he would be ready to supply the product at L1 price.

  • The Local supplier whose quoted price falls in the Margin of Purchase Preference desirous of claiming benefit of the Order No. P- 45021/2/2017-PP (BE-II) dated 16-Sep-2020 (as amended from time to time), shall submit an undertaking within 7 days of opening of Financial Bid, that he would be ready to supply the product at L1 price.
