KSO Operating Expenses definition
KSO Operating Expenses has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.6;
KSO Operating Expenses means the total non capital expenses directly incurred by DIVRE IV in the operation of the KSO System, including:
Examples of KSO Operating Expenses in a sentence
First, for payment in full of the Investor Revenues; second, for payment in full of the KSO Operating Expenses; and third, for the payment of Balance of KSO Revenues.
The KSO Operating Expenses shall be paid out of the KSO Account as and when due.
