Party B will through its subsidiary ANADIGICS China Holding Corporation, Inc., a corporation formed under the laws of the Cayman Islands (“ACHC”) to invest in KSND and incorporate a wholly foreign owned subsidiary limited liability company (“Newco”).
SOQ means Statement of Qualifications.
Berm means a bank of earth piled against a wall.
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
Property management means leasing or renting, or offering to lease or rent, real property of others for a fee, commission, compensation, or other valuable consideration pursuant to a property management employment contract.
Sewage sludge fee weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, excluding admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Annual sewage sludge fees, as per section 3745.11(Y) of the Ohio Revised Code, are based on the reported sludge fee weight for the most recent calendar year.
