KPI Target(s) definition

KPI Target(s) means in relation to a KPI, the acceptable performance level for that KPI as set out in Part 2 of Framework Schedule 1 (Services) as varied from time to time in accordance with this Framework Agreement;
KPI Target(s). The acceptable performance levels for each KPI set out in Part 2 of Section 2. (Services offered).
KPI Target(s) means the targets for each of the Key Performance Indicators as set out in Part B of Schedule 3 (Key Performance Indicators);

Examples of KPI Target(s) in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall comply with all its obligations related to KPIs set out in this Framework Agreement including Framework Schedule 8 (Framework Management) and shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet the KPI Targets identified in the table below.

  • The Authority shall measure the performance of the Contractor with reference to the Key Performance Indicators detailed at Annex C and shall be entitled to claim a Payment Rebate in the event that the Contractor fails to meet the KPI Targets.

  • The Supplier shall at all times during the Framework Period comply with the Key Performance Indicators and achieve the KPI Targets set out in Part B of Framework Schedule 2 (Services and Key Performance Indicators).

  • Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies arising under this Framework Agreement if the Supplier fails to achieve any of the KPI Targets in accordance with paragraph 3 above on any one or more occasions, the Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the Authority shall have the right to exercise (in its absolute sole discretion) all or any of the following remedial actions set out in paragraphs 4.2 to 4.6 below.

  • The Supplier shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet the KPI Targets.

  • The Authority shall measure the performance of the Contractor with reference to the Key Performance Indicators detailed at paragraph 8 below and shall be entitled to claim a Payment Rebate in the event that the Contractor fails to meet the KPI Targets.

  • Cisco shall not be liable whatsoever if the KPIs fail to meet their KPI Targets.

  • The Supplier shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet the KPI Targets identified in 3.3 below.

  • Cisco will use its standard processes and tools for measuring and determining whether Cisco achieved the KPI Targets.

  • Key Performance Indicators and KPI Targets Subject to consultation with the Supplier, the Authority reserves the right to change the KPI Targets from time to time.

KPI Target(s) means, collectively, KPI Target A and KPI Target B.

Related to KPI Target(s)

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • Targets means pre-agreed values to be achieved at the end of the period in relation to the result indicators included under a specific objective;

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

  • Performance Targets means the specific objective goal or goals (which may be cumulative and/or alternative) that are timely set in writing by the Committee for each Executive for the Performance Period in respect of any one or more of the Business Criteria.

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • ASAM criteria means the most current edition of the American Society of Addiction Medicine's published criteria for admission to treatment, continued services, and discharge.

  • Lead Compound means any compound of lead other than galena which, when treated in the manner described below, yields to an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid a quantity soluble lead compound exceeding, when calculated as lead monoxide, five percent of the dry weight of the portion taken analysis.

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Milestone Events has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3 (Milestone Payments).

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Performance Indicators means the indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation set forth in the Operational Manual.

  • Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Product Category means the applicable category which best describes the product as listed in this Section 94508.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • Performance Metrics means criteria established by the Administrator relating to any of the following, as it may apply to an individual, one or more business units, divisions, or Affiliates, or on a company-wide basis, and in absolute terms, relative to a base period, or relative to the performance of one or more comparable companies, peer groups, or an index covering multiple companies:

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Milestone Dates means the dates for completion of specified Project activities as contained in the Project Schedule.

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume. “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted.

  • EBITDA Target means the Company's projected earnings before interest, taxes, one-time transition expenses, non-cash compensation expense charges, depreciation and amortization, as contained in the Company's budget for the Applicable Period and which is approved by the Board (without reference to any adjustments or revision, upwards or downwards, to such projected earnings which are subsequently approved by the Board as part of any subsequent revision to such budget), and (ii) the term "Financial Results" shall mean the Company's EBITDA calculated by reference to the Company's financial statements for the Applicable Period as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").

  • Business Criteria means any one or any combination of Income before Taxes, Net Income, Return on Equity, Return on Assets, Pre-tax Margin, Free Cash Flow, Valuation or EPS.
