Kodiak has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph hereof.

Kodiak means Kodiak Venture Partners II-A, L.P., Kodiak Venture Partners II-B, L.P. or their Affiliates.

After the Closing, Seller shall, and shall cause its Affiliates to, cease to hold themselves out as having any further affiliation with the Company and the Subsidiaries.
