KMTC definition

KMTC means the Karachi Mass Transit Cell presently working under the Corporation.

  • In addition to the rights granted to KMTC described in Section 5b above, GT will furnish, in advance, written estimates to KMTC of costs for accomplishing tasks assigned to GT and KMTC will reimburse GT for expenses in accomplishing those tasks mutually agreed to.

  • KARB, KDET, KMTC, ▇▇▇▇, KOZW, KPTK, KTTF, KVLL, and KYIP must be routed via the PETTE STAR.

  • In the event the Motor Carrier’s equipment is damaged while on KMTC premises and driver has reason to believe that KMTC’s sole or willful negligent act or omission is responsible for such damage, driver must notify KMTC’s local personnel prior to Motor Carrier leaving KMTC’s premises.

  • KARB, D98, KDET, KMTC, ▇▇▇▇, KOZW, KPTK, KTTF, KVLL, and KYIP must be routed via the RRALF STAR.

  • Nothing herein will be construed to deny or otherwise limit Terminal’s right to refuse entry to, or to remove immediately from the Terminal, any person, equipment, or truck of Motor Carrier, which, in the sole discretion of KMTC, poses a hazard or threat to the Terminal.
