KK Notes definition

KK Notes means the term "KK Notes" as defined in the Working Capital Loan Agreement as in effect on the date hereof.
KK Notes means, collectively, each of the following (as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced): (a) the Term Note, dated December 15, 2004, by Datel as maker in favor of C&D Technologies KK as payee, in the original principal amount of $1,000,000 and (b) the Term Note, dated August 24, 2005, by Datel as maker in favor of C&D Technologies KK as payee, in the original principal amount of $400,000; each sometimes being referred to herein individually as a "KK Note".
KK Notes as defined in the Working Capital Loan Agreement as in effect on the date hereof.

Examples of KK Notes in a sentence

  • The “First Closing Notes” are the Series KK Notes which are being purchased at the First Closing in the aggregate principal amount of $80,000,000 as identified in Schedule A hereto.

  • If a change of control repurchase event occurs, the issuer will be required, subject to certain conditions, to make an offer to repurchase the Series KK Notes at a price equal to 101% of the principal amount of the Series KK Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest to the date of repurchase.
