Kiewit as part of the name, and, (ii) except as provided in Section 5.08(b), will cause all of its Subsidiaries to change their corporate names if necessary to corporate names not including "PKS" or "Kiewit" as part of the name. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Exchange Date, and except as provided in Section 5.08(b), PKS will use its best efforts to, and will cause its Subsidiaries to use their best efforts to, cease using "PKS" or "Kiewit" in connection with the business activities of the Diversified Group.
