Key Subcontractors definition

Key Subcontractors means those Sub Contractors listed as Key Sub Contractors in the Tender, or any person appointed, with the agreement of KPLC, as a Key Subcontractor, for a part of the Services; and the legal successors in title to each of these persons.

More Definitions of Key Subcontractors

Key Subcontractors means the D&C Subcontractor and the O&M Subcontractor.
