Key Positions definition

Key Positions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9.
Key Positions means Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer of the Community Organizations
Key Positions means the eight (8) positions, listed below in respect of each type of work:

More Definitions of Key Positions

Key Positions shall have the meaning given in the Master Agreement.
Key Positions means the key executive positions in the Company, including the following:
Key Positions means the employment positions with Service Provider listed on Schedule N and referenced in Section 4.3.2.
Key Positions means the positions within the EDS account team under each Transaction Document, listed on Schedule T to each Transaction Document.
