New Notes means debt securities of the Issuer identical in all material respects to the Original Notes (except that the interest rate step-up provisions and the transfer restrictions will be modified or eliminated, as appropriate), to be issued under the Indenture.
Notes means promissory notes of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, evidencing the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Loans, and "Note" means any one of such promissory notes issued hereunder.
Senior Notes means $400,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s senior unsecured notes due 2019 and any Registered Equivalent Notes having substantially identical terms and issued pursuant to the Senior Notes Indenture in exchange for the initial, unregistered senior unsecured notes.
