Key Executive Personnel definition

Key Executive Personnel means those personnel of Amdocs and Sprint, respectively, who are so designated on Schedule G (Key Personnel and Steering Committee) and their respective replacement personnel designated and approved under the terms and conditions of Section 4.2 (Key Personnel).
Key Executive Personnel means the Individuals employed from time to time as the General Manager, Casino Manager, Hotel Manager, Director of Human Resources, Director of Finance, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Director of Marketing, or serve in such function or capacity, regardless of the specific titles given to such Individuals.
Key Executive Personnel means those personnel of Amdocs and Sprint, respectively, who are so designated on S chedule G (Key Personnel and Steering Committee) and their respective replacement personnel designated and approved under the terms and conditions of Section 4.2 (Key Personnel).

  • In the event of any dispute under or in relation to this Agreement (including but not limited to a dispute regarding the subject matter of Section 4.4 (Acceptance Testing), any Additional Services Order, or any damages claimed by one Party from the other Party, Key Executive Personnel from each Party will discuss and make an effort to resolve such dispute at or prior to the next Steering Committee meeting, and for at least [**] business days (“Dispute Resolution Process”).

  • All reports and invoices issued by Amdocs hereunder will be sent to both the Sprint Key Non-Executive Personnel and Sprint Accounts Payable will be in such reasonable detail as requested or approved by the Key Executive Personnel referred to in Subsection 5.2.8 (Payments) herein below.

  • Given that the humans undergo a kind of programming by their environment, absolute autonomy might not even exist for humans either.

Related to Key Executive Personnel

  • Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:

  • Key Executives means Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, jointly and severally.

  • Executive Employee means those employees of the Company of Grade Level 10 or above.

  • Key Executive means an employee of a Textron Company who has been and continues to be designated as a Key Executive under the Plan by Textron’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Covered Executives means the Company’s current and former executive officers, as determined by the Administrator in accordance with the definition of executive officer set forth in Rule 10D-1 and the Listing Standards.

  • Covered Executive means any “executive officer” of the Company as defined under Rule 10D-1.

  • Management Employee means an employee in a position having significant responsibilities for formulating district policies or administering district programs. Management positions shall be designated by the public school employer subject to review by the Public Employment Relations Board.

  • Named Executive Officers or “NEOs” means the following individuals:

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.

  • Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Executive Mayor means the councillor elected as the executive mayor of the municipality in terms of section 55 of the Municipal Structures Act;

  • Named Executive means any individual who, on the last day of the Company’s fiscal year, is the chief executive officer of the Company (or is acting in such capacity) or among the four most highly compensated officers of the Company (other than the chief executive officer). Such officer status shall be determined pursuant to the executive compensation disclosure rules under the Exchange Act.

  • Male employee means an employed male who is caring for a child borne of his spouse or a child placed with the employee for adoption purposes.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Executive means the individual named in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Employee means an employee of the Contractor directly engaged in the performance of work under the contract who has other than a minimal impact or involvement in contract performance.

  • Client employer means an Employer that is involved in a Tri-Party Employment Relationship due to obtaining the services of a third-party entity.

  • Eligible Executive means an employee of the Company selected as being eligible to participate in this Plan under Section C.1.a.

  • Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.

  • Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.

  • Service employee, means any person engaged in the performance of this contract other than any person employed in a bona fide executive, administrative, or professional capacity, as these terms are defined in Part 541 of Title 29, Code of Federal Regulations, as revised. It includes all such persons regardless of any contractual relationship that may be alleged to exist between a Contractor or subcontractor and such persons.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;
