Key Employee Equity Plan definition

Key Employee Equity Plan means the WinsLoew 1999 Key Employee Equity Plan under which an aggregate of 20,000 shares of Common Stock are reserved for direct sale to employees and independent sales representatives of WinsLoew Furniture, Inc.
Key Employee Equity Plan means a non-qualified stock option plan covering 7.0% of the Company’s fully diluted common equity value to be adopted at the Subscription Closing.
