Key Computer Sciences GS Group Employees means those Computer Sciences GS Group Employees set forth in Section 1.1(a) of the CSC/Computer Sciences GS Disclosure Schedule.

  • Service Plan means the Operating Plan and Budget appended as Schedules A and D2a of Schedule D;
