Kentucky Power definition

Kentucky Power means Kentucky Power Company, a Kentucky corporation;
Kentucky Power. “KY Power,” “KPCo,” or “KP” means Kentucky Power Company and/or any of their officers, directors, employees or agents who may have knowledge of the particular matter addressed, and any parent or affiliated companies (including but not limited to American Electric Power Company (“AEP”) and its affiliated entities).

Any decision reached by arbitration shall be binding upon both You and Us. The arbitration award may include attorney's fees if allowed by state law and may be entered as a judgment in any court of proper jurisdiction.
