Kelkoo Group definition
Kelkoo Group means Kelkoo and its Affiliates (from time to time). Kelkoo Site(s): means (i) ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇; and/or (ii) sites (including, without limitation, via mobile) using the Kelkoo databases or Search Engine, whether under the name(s) or ▇▇▇▇(s) of the Kelkoo Group or any third party, and showing the Merchant's Offers following a keyword search or category search and any other online marketing tools employed by Kelkoo. Linking: means the making available upon the Kelkoo Site(s) of a Merchant’s Offers and their transmission to Users following a keyword search or category search entered by them.
Examples of Kelkoo Group in a sentence
Each member of the Kelkoo Group may enforce against the Merchant the benefits conferred on it by this Agreement, including limitations and exclusions of liability.
The consent of any third party (including any member of the Kelkoo Group, other than Kelkoo) shall not be required for the variation or termination of this Agreement, even if that variation or termination affects the benefit conferred on the relevant third party.
