Keeyask Project definition

Keeyask Project means the Keeyask Generating Station and all related works, excluding the Keeyask Transmission Project and Bipole III, but including all channels, excavations, camps, storage areas, local roads and access roads, to be located in the vicinity of Gull Rapids, just upstream from the point at which the Xxxxxx River flows into Xxxxxxxx Lake, all of which are more particularly described in the Project Description and which, if built, will contribute approximately six hundred and ninety-five (695) MW, at rated capacity, to the Integrated Power System.

Examples of Keeyask Project in a sentence

  • As indicated in Table Appendix 7.2-­‐3, the Keeyask Project has a lower levelized unit energy cost ($60) compared to the Conawapa Project ($67), and Keeyask is more likely to proceed in advance of Conawapa given the initiation of the Keeyask Infrastructure Project.

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Economic development project means land and existing or planned improvements suitable for use by an industrial or commercial enterprise, or housing development, or the protection of the environment, including, but not limited to, groundwater or surface water. Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.

  • Project Architect means the professional architect or engineer employed by the Owner as architect or engineer of record for the Project and its consultants.

  • Cooperative Project With respect to any Cooperative Loan, all real property and improvements thereto and rights therein and thereto owned by a Cooperative Corporation including without limitation the land, separate dwelling units and all common elements.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;
