The Contractor shall comply with all applicable and current rules, regulations and ordinances of any applicable federal, state, county or municipal governmental body or authority, including those as set forth by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR), the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE), the FTA, the Department of Transportation (DOT), and the City of Kansas City, Missouri.
