KCSR Borrowing Capacity definition

KCSR Borrowing Capacity means, as of any determination date, the total amount of previously unborrowed funds that KCSR (or any other Subsidiary of KCS which is on such date a party to the Company Agreement) is permitted to borrow from the Company pursuant to a Note on such date without violating in any respect the KCS Credit Agreement, the Indentures or any other Contract evidencing more than $100,000 of Indebtedness to which it is a party on such date; it being understood that, in no event shall the KCSR Borrowing Capacity, together with all funds previously borrowed pursuant to any Note (including any Note evidencing the borrowing of the Excess Proceeds contemplated by Section 4), exceed $300,000,000.

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Revolving Loans.

  • Euro-Dollar Borrowing has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.

  • Eurocurrency Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Loans.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • LIBO Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of LIBO Loans.

  • Revolving Loan Borrowing means a borrowing of a Revolving Loan.

  • Minimum Borrowing Amount means (i) for Revolving Loans, $5,000,000, and (ii) for Swingline Loans, $1,000,000.

  • Term Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Term Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(a).

  • Eurodollar Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurodollar Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Loans.

  • Term B Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term B Advances of the same Type made by the Term B Lenders.

  • ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Alternate Base Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Total Borrowings means, in respect of the Corporation on a consolidated basis, as of a given date, the aggregate of the following, without duplication:

  • Canadian Borrowing means a Borrowing of Canadian Loans.

  • Tranche A Borrowing Base means, at any time of calculation, an amount equal to:

  • Working Capital Borrowings means borrowings incurred pursuant to a credit facility, commercial paper facility or similar financing arrangement that are used solely for working capital purposes or to pay distributions to the Partners; provided that when such borrowings are incurred it is the intent of the borrower to repay such borrowings within 12 months from the date of such borrowings other than from additional Working Capital Borrowings.

  • Term A Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term A Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Term A Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(a).

  • L/C Borrowing means an extension of credit resulting from a drawing under any Letter of Credit which has not been reimbursed on the date when made or refinanced as a Revolving Credit Borrowing.

  • Revolving Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Revolving Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Revolving Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(b).
