If Buyer and Supplier have a Dispute, such Dispute shall be to finally settled under the International Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (“KCAB Rules”) and the laws of Korea by one or three arbitrators appointed in accordance with such KCAB Rules.
Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in compliance with arbitration rules of the KCAB and applicable laws of Korea.
The award shall be final and binding on both Buyer and Supplier, subject to the terms stipulated in the KCAB Rules and applicable Korean laws.
If they cannot agree on a third, the third arbitrator shall be appointed by the KCAB.
All controversies, claims, disputes or difference in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (“KCAB”) in accordance with the International Arbitration Rules of the KCAB.

If Buyer and Supplier are each a permanent resident of Korea or are a corporation, partnership or other entity existing under the laws of Korea, and Supplier and Buyer have a Dispute, such Dispute shall be to finally settled under the International Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (“KCAB Rules”) and the laws of Korea by one or three arbitrators appointed in accordance with such KCAB Rules.
If the two arbitrators are unable to agree on the third arbitrator within twenty (20) days after the said two arbitrators are appointed by the Parties, such third arbitrator shall be appointed by the Secretariat of KCAB.
