Jxxxx definition

Jxxxx and that all use of any designation comprised in whole or part of Janus (a "Jxxxx Xxxx") under this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of Janus Capital. Except as provided in Section 2.5, the Company shall not use any Jxxxx Xxxx on its own behalf or on behalf of the Accounts or Contracts in any registration statement, advertisement, sales literature or other materials relating to the Accounts or Contracts without the prior written consent of Janus Capital. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, the Company shall cease all use of any Jxxxx Xxxx(s) as soon as reasonably practicable.
