JV Timber definition

JV Timber means any trees of any age, species or condition, whether standing, lying, growing or to be grown, alive or dead and now or hereafter at any time located on the JV Real Property.

  • Timber means forest trees, standing or down, of a commercial species, including Christmas trees. However, "timber" does not include Christmas trees that are cultivated by agricultural methods, as that term is defined in RCW 84.33.035.

  • Harvest lot means a specifically identified quantity of marijuana that is, cultivated utilizing the same growing practices and harvested within a 72 hour period at the same location and cured under uniform conditions.

For the avoidance of doubt, “Timberlands” shall exclude property, plant and equipment of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries associated with their manufacturing activities.

  • Copper Loop A stand-alone Local Loop comprised entirely of copper wire or copper cable. Copper Loops include two-wire and four-wire analog voice-grade Copper Loops, digital Copper Loops (e.g., DS0s and Integrated Services Digital Network lines), as well as two-wire and four-wire Copper Loops conditioned to transmit the digital signals needed to provide digital subscriber line services, regardless of whether the Copper Loops are in service or held as spares. A Copper Loop includes attached electronics using Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) technology, but does not include packet, cell or frame switching capabilities.

  • Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.

  • Shellfish means those species of marine and freshwater

  • Barge means a vessel that is not self-propelled.

  • sugar means the organic compound glucose, fructose, xylose, arabinose, lactose, sucrose, starch, cellulose, or hemicellulose.

For small forest landowner road maintenance and abandonment planning only, the term "forest land" excludes the following:

  • Timber Sale Area means the area or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to legal subdivisions, monuments, natural land features, improvements, or sale boundary signs. Down Timber is defined as timber that is down as of the date of this contract, as determined by STATE.

  • Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved

  • High terrain means any area having an elevation 900 feet or more above the base of the stack of a source.

  • Forestry means land used or managed for the long-term production of wood, wood fiber, or wood-derived products.

  • Drilling unit means the area fixed for the drilling of one well by order or rule of any state or federal body having authority. If a Drilling Unit is not fixed by any such rule or order, a Drilling Unit shall be the drilling unit as established by the pattern of drilling in the Contract Area unless fixed by express agreement of the Drilling Parties.

  • Property Owners association" or "association" means an incorporated or unincorporated entity upon which responsibilities are imposed and to which authority is granted in the declaration.

  • Crops means any growing vegetative matter used for an agricultural purpose, including forage for grazing and domesticated animals.

  • LPG means liquefied petroleum gas.

  • Cannabis concentrate means cannabis that has undergone a process to concentrate one or more active cannabinoids, thereby increasing the product’s potency. Resin from granular trichomes from a cannabis plant is a concentrate for purposes of this division. A cannabis concentrate is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Coal means non-coking as well as coking coal, produced domestically and categorized into different classes, grades and sizes, as per the notification/order issued for such purpose by Government of India(GoI)/CIL/ Seller; and shall where the context so requires, include Imported Coal.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Undeveloped Land means, (i) all Real Property set forth on Schedule 1.01D to the 2008 Credit Agreement, (ii) all undeveloped land acquired after the Closing Date and (iii) any operating property of the Borrower or any Subsidiary that is subject to a casualty event that results in such property ceasing to be operational.

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:
