JV Television Stations definition

JV Television Stations means any local television station that broadcasts mobile digital television signals to a network of receivers on which any Group Company sells advertising, or from which any Group Company otherwise derives advertising revenue.

  • broadcasting station means a station in the broadcasting service.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • Cable television service means the one-way transmission to subscribers of video programming and other programming service and subscriber interaction, if any, that is required for the selection or use of the video programming or other programming service.

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO’s Tariff or any Transmission/Distribution Owner’s tariff that reflect methodology and costs to interconnect the Facility to the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric grid.

  • Station means a telephone instrument consisting of a connected transmitter, receiver, and associated apparatus to permit sending or receiving telephone messages.

  • Radio means a system for transmitting sound without visual images, and includes broadcast, cable, on-demand, satellite, or internet programming. Radio includes any audio programming downloaded or streamed via the internet.

  • Cable television system means any facility consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated equipment designed to provide video programming to multiple subscribers when subscriber interaction is required to select a specific video program for an access fee established by the cable television system for that specific video program.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • broadcasting means the transmission by wireless means for public reception of sounds or of images or of images and sounds or of the representations thereof; such transmission by satellite is also “broadcasting”; transmission of encrypted signals is “broadcasting” where the means for decrypting are provided to the public by the broadcasting organization or with its consent;

  • Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.

  • Submerged fill pipe means any fill pipe the discharge opening of which is entirely submerged when the liquid level is six inches [15.24 centimeters] above the bottom of the tank; or when applied to a tank which is loaded from the side, means any fill pipe the discharge opening of which is entirely submerged when the liquid level is one and one-half times the fill pipe diameter in inches [centimeters] above the bottom of the tank.
