Juvenile status offense means a violation of the provisions of subchapters V, VI, VII, and VIII committed by a person who is under the age of seventeen (17) at the time the offense was committed.
Juvenile offender means any juvenile who has been found by
B-BBEE status level of contributor” means the B-BBEE status of an entity in terms of a code of good practice on black economic empowerment, issued in terms of section 9(1) of the Broad- Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
Juvenile means any person defined as a juvenile in any member state or by the rules of the Interstate Commission, including:
Health care worker means a person other than a health care professional who provides medical, dental, or other health-related care or treatment under the direction of a health care professional with the authority to direct that individual's activities, including medical technicians, medical assistants, dental assistants, orderlies, aides, and individuals acting in similar capacities.
Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) means a business concern certified as a DVBE by the Office of Small Business Certification and Resources, Department of General Services.

Offense means a felony, gross misdemeanor, or crime of moral turpitude.
