Jury Service Program definition

Jury Service Program has the meaning set forth in Section 33.0 (Compliance with Jury Service Program) of Exhibit A (Additional Terms and Conditions).

Examples of Jury Service Program in a sentence

  • Full-time employees providing short-term, temporary services of 90 days or less within a 12-month period are not considered full-time for purposes of the Jury Service Program.
