Jurisdiction; Arbitration. The laws of the State of Louisiana shall govern the interpretation, validity and effect of this Agreement without regard to the place of execution or the place for performance thereof. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration located in Houston, Texas administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable arbitration rules, and the judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof, which judgment shall be binding upon the parties hereto.

The Parties agree that all disputes arising under, or relating to, this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the ICC Rules of Arbitration by a panel of three arbitrators. The arbitration shall be seated in Hong Kong, although hearings may take place anywhere that the arbitral tribunal deems convenient after consultation with the parties. The language of the proceedings shall be English.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration located in Houston, Texas administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable arbitration rules, and the judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof, which judgment shall be binding upon the parties hereto.
Jurisdiction; Arbitration. (a) In the event of any controversy among the parties hereto arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement which cannot be settled amicably by the parties, such controversy shall be finally, exclusively and conclusively settled by mandatory arbitration conducted expeditiously in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules by a single independent arbitrator. Such arbitration process shall take place in Dallas, Texas. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon all parties hereto and shall be rendered pursuant to a written decision, which contains a detailed recital of the arbitrator’s reasoning. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Jurisdiction; Arbitration. Any proceeding or Action based upon, arising out of or related to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the notice of arbitration is submitted. The number of arbitrators shall be three. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The Law of this arbitration clause shall be Hong Kong Law. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the parties hereto and the parties hereto undertake to carry out any award without delay. A request by a party hereto to a court of competent jurisdiction for interim measures necessary to preserve such party’s rights, including pre-arbitration attachments or injunctions, shall not be deemed incompatible with, or a waiver of, this agreement to arbitrate.
Jurisdiction; Arbitration. 14.1. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Contract or the GTC with Customers registered within the European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Liechtenstein, shall be the competent court in which the registered office of the Supplier (itself and not any branch of the Supplier) is located to the extent permitted by law.

Jurisdiction; Arbitration. All disputes, controversies or differences arising between the parties under or relating to this Agreement that cannot be settled amicably shall be subject to binding reconciliation or arbitration administered by Hsinchu Science Park Bureau labor agency. In the event that the Hsinchu Science Park Bureau agency is not in the position to come to a final resolution, the matters shall be subject to the judgment of the Hsinchu District Court as the court of first instance. The language used in all proceedings shall be in English. The parties shall split all expenses and costs, excluding attorneys’ fees, associated with arbitration proceedings.
Jurisdiction; Arbitration. The validity, performance and interpretation of the Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State Washington, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Any dispute or claim arising under or with respect to this Agreement, which is incapable of resolution, will be resolved by arbitration before one (1) arbitrator in Seattle, Washington, in accordance with the Rules for Commercial Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). The appointing agency shall be the AAA and the arbitrator shall apply Washington State law to both interpret this Agreement and fashion an award.
Jurisdiction; Arbitration. 20.1. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Contract or the Purchasing Terms with Suppliers registered within the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway or Liechtenstein shall be the competent court in which the registered office of the Company is located (itself and not any branch).
