Juniper Networks Services definition

Juniper Networks Services means services purchasable by End User from Juniper Networks or its Authorized Reseller and to be rendered by Juniper Networks for End User and which are listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/us/en/products-services/technical-services/ or which are described in a Services Description Document posted at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/support/guidelines.html. that refers to this Agreement. For avoidance of doubt, Juniper Networks Services does not include Resident Engineering, Resident Consultant or other professional services involving onsite presence of Juniper Networks personnel.

Examples of Juniper Networks Services in a sentence

  • Juniper Networks may at any time modify any other online policies, guidelines and procedures referenced in this Agreement effective upon written or electronic notice to End User, provided that no such modification shall affect the Remote Services under the then-current term of any Juniper Networks Services Contract ordered and accepted prior to the effective date of such modification.

  • This Agreement, including documents incorporated herein by reference, constitutes the entire understanding and contract between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, commitments or representations, oral or written related to the provision of Juniper Networks Services to End User.

  • If End User requires on-site support but has not purchased a Juniper Networks Services Contract that includes on-site support, then, upon End User’s request and subject to payment of fees described below, Juniper Networks will use commercially reasonable efforts to dispatch a technician to the affected site within a timeframe to be determined by Juniper Networks based upon the availability of resources.

  • Problems with Products that were not purchased directly from Juniper Networks or any authorized Juniper Networks reseller unless such products have been inspected, repaired and certified by Juniper Networks prior to the commencement of any Juniper Networks Services.

  • If End User has purchased a Juniper Networks Services Contract that includes on-site support (not available in all Territories), then, upon End User’s request, Juniper Networks will use its commercially reasonable efforts promptly to dispatch a technician to the affected Site.

  • If Ordering Activity has purchased a Juniper Networks Services Contract that includes on-site support (not available in all Territories), then, upon Ordering Activity’s request, Contractor through Juniper Networks will use its commercially reasonable efforts promptly to dispatch a technician to the affected Site.

  • Upon Contractor’s acceptance of a valid purchase order from Ordering Activity for any Service Contract and Ordering Activity’s payment of the applicable GSA fees, Ordering Activity will be entitled to receive such purchased Juniper Networks Services in accordance with the terms of this Attachment A.

Related to Juniper Networks Services

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

  • Networks means and include video, voice and data networks, routers and storage devices.

  • link services means all new services necessary to connect the internal services to the bulk services; and

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.
