Junior Subordinated Indenture definition

Junior Subordinated Indenture means that certain Junior Subordinated Indenture, dated as of February 12, 2007, between the Debtor and Law Debenture Trust Company of New York, as successor indenture trustee to The Bank of New York Mellon, as supplemented by a First Supplemental Indenture, dated as of February 12, 2007, between the Debtor and Law Debenture Trust Company of New York, as successor indenture trustee to The Bank of New York Mellon.

Junior Subordinated Indenture means the Junior Subordinated Indenture relating to the Junior Subordinated Debt Securities and the Exchange Junior Subordinated Debt Securities dated as of November 27, 1996 between the Company and the Indenture Trustee.

Junior Subordinated Indenture means that certain Junior Subordinated Indenture dated as of June 30, 2005 by and between the Borrower and JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Trustee.
