Judicial advisor means a college official authorized on a case-by-case basis by the college president/pro- vost to impose sanctions upon students found to have violated this Student Code. The college president/ provost may authorize a judicial advisor to serve simultaneously as a judicial advisor and the sole member or one of the members of a judicial body. Nothing shall prevent the college president/provost from authorizing the same judicial advisor to impose sanctions in all cases.
