Judgment Order definition

Judgment Order means the judgment order to be rendered by the Court in the Milkes and Haas Litigations approving the fairness of the Settlement, dismissing the Milkes and Haas Litigations with prejudice, extinguishing as to the Released Persons the Released Claims and permanently barring and enjoining such persons from asserting such Released Claims, and addressing such other matters as the Court deems necessary and appropriate.
Judgment Order means the judgment order or orders to be rendered by the Court in the Milkes and Haas Litigations, or any severed portions thereof, approving the fairness of the Settlement (or any portions thereof), dismissing the Milkes and Haas Litigations with prejudice (or any portions thereof), extinguishing as to the applicable Released Persons, the applicable Released Claims and permanently barring and enjoining such persons from asserting such Released Claims, and addressing such other matters as the Court deems necessary and appropriate.
Judgment Order means an order to be entered by the Court approving the Settlement that is substantially identical in all material respects to the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-4, or as modified by written agreement of all Parties.

  • DIP Order means the Interim Order and, upon entry thereof, the Final Order.

  • Approval Order means (i) an order in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2; or (ii) in the event of a timely objection to the motion to approve the Agreement that if sustained would reduce the full Settlement Amount available to pay Asbestos-Released Claims, an order in such form agreed to in writing by the Parties, entered by the Bankruptcy Court that (a) approves this Agreement, (b) authorizes the Parties to undertake the settlement and the sale of the Subject Policies as set forth in this Agreement, and (c) provides for the Injunction.

  • Interim Order means the interim order of the Court made in connection with the process for obtaining shareholder approval of the Arrangement and related matters, as such order may be amended, supplemented or varied by the Court;
